Hey Valley! This weekend we finished our series on the Fruit of the Spirit by looking at the importance of self-control. This is one of those traits that each of us have room to grow in and so I pray this was an encouraging and timely reminder for you in your pursuit of Jesus Christ. You can find the message here and the notes here. Also, Andrew brought attention to our partnership with Good News Club. This is a great opportunity to care for our community with the love of Jesus. If you are interested in learning more I encourage you to go to the training this Saturday. You can find the registration for the event right here I look forward to seeing you this coming weekend as we launch our new series, "Creed" that covers the core beliefs of the Christian faith

Loving People Toward Jesus,

Valley Memory Verses Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one receives the prize? So run that you may obtain it. Every athlete exercises self-control in all things. They do it to receive a perishable wreath, but we an imperishable. 1 Corinthians 9:24-25
