Hey Valley! One of the most powerful prayers ever spoken was by Jesus before his death, "Father, if you are willing, remove this cup from me. Nevertheless, not my will, but yours, be done." (Luke 22:42). This weekend we considered that prayer and how Jesus teaches us to pray "your will be done." This can be a hard prayer to pray, but the closer we are to God, the more we know him and trust his goodness, and the more desirous we grow of praying those very words. If you did not get a chance to attend or watch the service, you can find it here. I am also excited to announce that we are going to meet again in person this weekend and will continue to live-streaming our services. The big change this weekend is that that we will have an additional service at the Heights Campus at 11am. This servcie will have worship on site and will live stream the sermon happening at the exact same time from the Pacific Way campus. So we now have multiple ways and times to engage this weekend:
Saturday 6pm at the Pacific Way and online
Sunday 9am Spanish service online
Sunday 11am at the Pacific Way and online
Sunday 11am at the Heights
Each physical gathering is still limited to 50 people so make sure to reserve your space by registering here. As more people are ready to gather physically we will continue to add space and services.
Loving People Toward Jesus,
Pastor Mike
