Hey Valley!
As our nation wrestles through this past week and the election results, there is a wonderful truth we remembered together in our worship services. No matter who is in the Oval Office, Jesus is at the right hand of the Father! What does that mean? I also have a few reminders for you and and update about Good News Club (GNC). All of the Valley Happenings can be found here.
First the update:
One of the children at our Heights Campus GNC was potentially exposed to COVID. Therefore, under "an abundance of caution" I think it is prudent that we cancel the Heights GNC for this week. The Pacific Way Campus still will continue with their club.
By way of reminder, this coming weekend is the last weekend Valley is collecting Operation Christmas Child Boxes. If you cannot fill one physically but would like to participate you can do so here.
Finally, mark your calendar for November 22 at 6pm. Instead of doing the Thanksgiving feast like previous years, this year we will have a Thanksgiving service where we will share communion together. It will be streamed on Facebook and we will have a simulcast at the Heights where masks will be expected.
